Supervisor DeSena offered the following resolution and moved its adoption, which resolution was declared adopted after a poll of the members of this Board:

RESOLUTION NO. 252 - 2024

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENTS TO THE TOWN OF NORTH HEMPSTEAD TOWING ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

WHEREAS, a Towing Advisory Committee has heretofore been established pursuant to §55-55 of the Town Code; and 

WHEREAS, this Board wishes to make additional appointments to said Committee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 

RESOLVED the following individuals are to serve, at the pleasure of the Town Board, as members of the Committee:

Robert Bogle, Deputy Town Attorney

Brian Hogan, Pitty Pitty Bang Bang, 94 Denton Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY 11040
