Councilperson Scott offered the following resolution and moved its adoption, which resolution was declared adopted after a poll of the members of this Board:

RESOLUTION NO. 161 - 2024

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE ALBERTSON HOOK & LADDER, E&H, CO. 1, INC, ALBERTSON, NEW YORK, IN REMOVING AMR ABDELGAWAD FROM MEMBERSHIP AND ADDING ACHINTYAA GUPTA TO MEMBERSHIP. 

WHEREAS, the Albertson Hook & Ladder, E&H, Co. 1, Inc, Albertson, New York, has advised of removing Amr AbdelGawad from membership and adding Achintyaa Gupta to membership.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 

RESOLVED that the action of the Albertson Hook & Ladder, E&H, Co. 1, Inc, 100 I U Willets Rd., Albertson NY 11507, of removing Amr AbdelGawad from membership and adding Achintyaa Gupta, 30 Old Shelter Rock Rd, Roslyn, NY 11576 to membership hereby is approved and the Town Clerk is directed to record their names in the Minutes of the Town Board.
