Councilperson Dalimonte offered the following resolution and moved its adoption, which resolution was declared adopted after a poll of the members of this Board:

RESOLUTION NO. 158 - 2024

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE ATLANTIC HOOK & LADDER CO. NO. 1, PORT WASHINGTON, NEW YORK, IN REMOVING THOMAS JORDAN FROM MEMBERSHIP AND CHANGING ZACHARY STANKAITIS FROM ACTIVE TO ASSOCIATE MEMBER. 

WHEREAS, the Atlantic Hook & Ladder Company No. 1, Port Washington, New York, has advised of removing Thomas Jordan from membership and changing Zachary Stankaitis from active to associate member. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 

RESOLVED that the action of the Atlantic Hook & Ladder Company No. 1, 25 Carleton Ave., Port Washington, NY 11050, of removing Thomas Jordan from membership and changing Zachary Stankaitis from active to associate member hereby is approved and the Town Clerk is directed to record their names in the Minutes of the Town Board.
