Supervisor DeSena offered the following resolution and moved its adoption, which resolution was declared adopted after a poll of the members of this Board:

RESOLUTION NO. 1 - 2024

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RICHARD NICOLELLO AS TOWN ATTORNEY OF THE TOWN OF NORTH HEMPSTEAD.

BE IT RESOLVED that the position of Town Attorney of the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York, heretofore created and established, be and the same hereby is re-established and continued and that Richard Nicolello, be and hereby is appointed to serve as the Town Attorney for the term commencing as of January 1, 2024, and terminating on December 31, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law of the State of New York.
